Welcome, As an 18 year veteran of Chicago nightlife, Uncle Milty began his career learning the art form of hip hop and house music.  He is best known for making his sets unique and flavorful putting him in the forefront of underground house music.
In 1993, he hit the turntables for the underground rap group Kinetic Order who was signed by Chameleon Records, a division of Elektra. He also opened for renowned groups Arrested Development, A Tribe Called Quest, and MC Search.
During the years 1995-2000, spinning both house music and hip hop in the height of underground music in Chicago, he performed shows with Common, Tongue Twista k/n/a Twista and All Natural. He also played House music at famed nightspots Shelter, China Club and the original Crobar with the likes of Bad Boy Bill and Ralphie Rosario.
In early 2000, Uncle Milty’s focus turned to djaying house music and producing.  As a result, Whitebeard Records was born giving way to some of Chicago’s brightest talent including Mark Grant, Andre Harris and Ricky Bradshaw. A combination of talent mixed with an infectious personality and being a complete mad man for fun made this DJ somewhat of a legend.  As one of the biggest most sought after underground DJ’s, he earned a two year stint on  “B96”, the biggest radio station for dance music. If you Google “Uncle Milty” you will see all the clubs this popular DJ has appeared at in Chicago. He has traveled all over the country from Chocolate Bar in LA, Richards in Vancouver, Hyde Park Café in Tampa with “DJ Jask”, as well as, overseas trips to Frankfurt, Germany, Envy in Athens, Space in Mykonos with DJ Gogos, and Rehab in Ios, Greece.
